    Hi Maureen
Hope i did help a bit and haven't just made you more depressed about the whole thing. I am now 7 weeks post op and think free of endo and feel really good (hope it lasts), the reason i am telling you this is that with the right consultant i am sure it can be fixed. i see an endo specialist who has tired his best to track it all down. 2 years before my hyst i had endo blocking my bowels, all over bladder, ligaments etc and I had a long op with 3 consultants which made me so much better. I had the hyst mainly due to adenmyosis and the cons told me i was in a much better position due to my previous radical surgery. I really think there is hope for a endo free life or bareable level of endo if you have the right op with the right consultant.
Good luck with it sending hugs
